You want to stay sharp, confident in your meetings and projects - feeling focused and on the ball. It’s so easy to reach for a pre-cooked dinner or stop off after work at the fast-food chain.  But wait!   Have you been reading my latest blog posts about the risk of eating ultra-processed foods?

Here is one of my favorite recipes, following the Mediterranean diet,  which is believed to be the absolute best for you.  This recipe is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, anti-oxidants,and  B-Vitamins.  Plus it's high in fiber, protein and low in carbs - great for your evening meal!
