Amazing Bone Broth Recipe!

Now that we know the incredible benefits of bone broth, let's make sure to buy the best bone broth possible.  Important things to look for in your bone broth are:

  • Frozen - head to the frozen section of your market. Freezing locks in flavor and preserves nutrients at their peak.

  • Preservative free - that's why it's frozen and stored this way.

  • No processed ingredients.

  • Certified Organic - this means it’s grown without pesticides.

  • Grass-fed (beef) or free-range (chicken) raised without hormones or antibiotics.

  • No filler broth.

  • Contains only bones, water, sea salt, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and minimal spices.

Now that we know what bone broths to buy, let me share one of my favorites! It's called "The Flavor Chef"- I love the Chicken Bone Broth with coconut, ginger, mint and lemon.

Check out this recipe... it's delicious and sure to please!
